NEY Honey is a sweet and viscous substance made by several bees, the best-known of which are honey bees. Honey is made and store to nourish bee colonies. Bees produce honey by gathering and then refining the sugary secretions of plants or the secretions of other insects, like honeydew of aphids.
Karl von Frisch discovered honeybee,the earliest historic mention of was in 2100 B.C.The honeybee is believed to have originated in southern asia, although some scholars says Africa. About 12,000 varieties of bees exist in the world,yet only a few called Apis mellifica store honey.
